All King Long products are now covered by a comprehensive 24 month / unlimited kilometre general warranty.
Our body frames are built using Australian manufactured stainless steel. This gives operators the assurance that body structure and integrity will be maintained over a long service life, and gives us the confidence to provide a 10 year structural warranty on body frame.
For models that are built on OEM chassis’ our warranty covers all body and related items, and integrates with the chassis manufacturer’s own warranty to give operators complete cover across the entire vehicle. These models include our full size school / charter bus, low floor city bus, and articulated city bus.
For our midi bus models built as a complete King Long vehicle, our warranty covers the entire vehicle and is underwritten and supported by our key component partners in Cummins, ZF transmissions, Coach Air and Thermo King. With their own service networks combining with our own we offer operators the peace of mind to know that support is available right across the country.
